Full Journal pdf2012-04-12 Senate Journal Page 2211 SCR 27 Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 104, renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship funding; establishing an account and fund for those purposes; and making conforming amendments, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2016). Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 104, renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship funding; establishing an account and fund for those purposes; and making conforming amendments, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 27 Final Passage YEAS: 17 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Davis, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski Nays: Coghill, Dyson, Giessel and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
